Dovilė Kėrienė - SOC Manager at JSC Santa Monica Networks, believes that in the cyber world, all starts and ends with a human, decisions made in certain moments, and the actions made dealing with consequences.

During her IT career Dovilė participated in major projects, which were foundation and starting point for Lithuanian digital services which today are actively used by every citizen.

Dovilė owns a PhD in Information Technologies and EMBA, which makes her a good mediator between business and service delivery sides and helps her better understand how the value-driven service should be delivered to the client.

Dovilė also actively practices Kyokushin karate. It helps to deal with everyday challenges, as karate is about discipline, respect, and self-improvement, and in technique, as in the cyber world, it's about balance between offense and defense.

Miglė Petkevičienė has over 17 years of experience in data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance, helping companies across technology, telecommunications, finance, life sciences, entertainment, and food & beverage sectors navigate complex EU regulations such as GDPR and NIS2. She is a partner at Sorainen, where she co-leads the Lithuania Commercial & Regulatory practice group. In addition, Miglė serves as Vice President and Board Member of Infobalt, contributing to the development of Lithuania’s digital economy. Known for her proactive and practical approach, she provides strategies that enable businesses to grow securely while staying compliant.

Mantas Dubauskas is a communications expert with more than a decade of experience working with some of the largest organizations in Lithuania. He specializes in complex cases, crisis communication, and reputation management, helping organizations navigate sensitive situations and maintain public trust. Currently, Mantas is the Director at Repoint PR. He also serves as a Board Member at LITEXPO and previously spent six years at Lithuanian Railways (LTG), where he led corporate communications and stakeholder management, as well as serving as Chairman of the Board at LTG Link.

Justas Gudavičius is a tech executive with over 20 years of experience. Currently the Managing Director of twoday Lithuania, he leads teams delivering digital products, cloud, data & AI for clients in Europe. Throughout career Justas has been building and scaling engineering organizations at leadership roles in companies such as Devbridge (now Cognizant). Justas combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision. He is passionate about aligning product development with business outcomes, fostering high-performing teams,  and driving digital transformations.

Justas holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and an Executive MBA. His leadership style is defined by customer focus, a commitment to talent growth, and a belief that technology organizations thrive at the intersection of innovation, discipline, and people.
