Santa Monica Networks believes that a strong business begins with honest relationships. We want our clients, partners, suppliers, and colleagues to feel trust – that’s why every day we work guided by the principles of transparency, respect, and accountability.
Our anti-corruption program is not just a set of rules – it’s part of our work culture. It is based on Lithuanian and international standards and includes several key documents:
-
Anti-Corruption Policy – sets clear requirements for how we conduct ourselves in business situations to avoid any form of bribery or unlawful influence.
-
Gifts, Hospitality, and Donations Policy – ensures that gifts, hospitality, or sponsorship are accepted and provided only in a transparent, moderate, and lawful manner, without influencing business decisions.
-
Partner Due Diligence Policy – before starting cooperation, we ensure that our partners adhere to high standards of ethics and integrity.
-
Whistleblowing Policy – provides a safe way to confidentially report potential violations or actions that do not align with our values.
-
Employee Code of Ethics – defines how our team should act in daily work, ensuring a fair, respectful, and responsible working environment.
-
Supplier and Partner Codes of Ethics – set out our suppliers’ and partners’ commitments to uphold the highest standards of business ethics, human rights, working conditions, and environmental protection.
Our goal is simple – to ensure that cooperation with Santa Monica Networks is always based on respect, integrity, and transparency. We believe this is the only way to achieve sustainable, long-term, and mutually beneficial collaboration.
